Fees

I charge for my services either hourly or on a flat fee basis, depending on the type of matter. I do not charge for the first half hour of the initial consultation, whether by telephone or in person. I do not conduct consultations via e-mail.

I ask for a retainer commensurate with the anticipated legal services to
be performed.
